Savage Race...Dade City, FL

The Savage Race took place this past Saturday in Dade City, FL.  This was my 3rd Savage Race to attend....yes attend not participate :) My brother and some friends are the ones crazy enough to actually pay to torture themselves.  They do have a blast but I would much rather stay on the sidelines taking pictures of their pain lol!  This race took place on a beautiful horse ranch which was a nice refresher from the past 2 being in a random field in the middle of no where.  Over 4000 people participated in the race and the people watching was some of the finest I have seen in awhile.  Couple pics below of some of the fun (and torture) those that participate endure.

Come out with Pride Orlando 2012

Yesterday was Come out with Pride Orlando so a group of us went to support my brother and our friends who are gay.  What a day it was lol!  It's quite fun being their "straight allies" :) I can honestly say there is never a dull moment at these events and even though the Pride parade was a tad boring, our group had a blast! From parties to the parade to bar hopping to more parties, the day was endless fun.  It was so great to see so many people out in support of gay pride....both gay and straight.  Hopefully the love will continue to spread and more and more people will become supportive of gay rights! Keeping my fingers crossed one day soon my brother and my friends will be able to marry whomever they chose, wherever they chose in the United States and it be legal and EQUALITY will prevail.
